I had not been at this location before. I'm absolutely amazed by the perfection of the food, taste and preparation... However, service sucked! I don't know if it was our server's first day, he was nice, but, for the love of Pete, no peanuts, wrong drinks twice, whatever we asked for had to wait for ever and ask 3 or 4 times before we got it... But of course, check we didn't even ask for, and got before we could order dessert or coffee. The place was not packed, so I feel like he had no excuse... I tipped the guy as we normally would against my hubs wishes, but I think next time we're in Crystal Lake we'll definitely bring our business elsewhere. Such a shame, cause food was excellent!

My family and I went to this Outback Steakhouse for the first time last night to celebrate my birthday. The service was excellent, food came out quick and cooked perfectly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and our waiter, Trevor, did a fantastic job. Thank you! Highly recommend. We will be back soon!
